Staff at Sutterfield Technologies began working with county and municipal government offices in Oklahoma in the early 1990s, creating software to manage data and images of public and confidential records. As those offices began to need back file conversions, imaging services to scan and index records were added. With the background in serving government officials in managing their records, Sutterfield Technologies has grown to be a trusted partner in counties and cities across the country.

Our staff is very experienced, with several who have been providing programming and support services to offices responsible for Vital Statistics, Land Records and Court Case documents for nearly 30 years.
